Christian Ejvin Andersen

Chief Operating Officer, Global, Copenhagen

Christian Ejvin Andersen is the Rud Pedersen Group’s Chief Operating Officer who joined the Group in August 2025 to drive growth, strengthen cross-border collaboration, and continue building a cohesive, high-performing organisation.

Andersen brings from his experience a solid combination of executive leadership, operational finesse, and a strong understanding of professional services. For the last 10 years, he served as COO and later CEO of Bech-Bruun Law Firm, one of Denmark’s leading law firms, where he worked closely with the partners and leadership team to drive a remarkable transformation – contributing to nearly 70% growth in annual revenue with an international client base of approximately 40% of the business.

Prior to Bech-Bruun, Andersen served as a civil servant in the Ministry of Finance and as an adviser to the Mayor of Construction and Engineering in Copenhagen. He also founded a public affairs and communications agency, GRØN EJVIN ANDERSEN, before selling it to KREAB, where he became Managing Partner in Copenhagen.

Christian has a Masters of Science in Economics and is fluent in Danish and English.
